Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and RepEasy (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, installing our Shopify app, or otherwise using RepEasy you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

RepEasy is an AI-assisted customer support tool for e-commerce merchants. Features include email inbox integration (Gmail via Unipile, and additional providers over time), Shopify data lookups, AI-generated draft replies, categorization, and team collaboration. We may add, change, or remove features from time to time.

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use RepEasy.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@repeasy.app if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Paid plans are billed through Shopify’s Billing API when RepEasy is installed as a Shopify app. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice; you can review, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your Shopify admin or from RepEasy’s Billing settings.

• Free trial. New paid plans include a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, Shopify will not charge you.
• Recurring charges. After the trial, subscriptions renew automatically each 30-day billing cycle until you cancel.
• Refunds. Charges are billed by Shopify per its policies. Requests for pro-rata refunds should be sent to support and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Uninstall. Uninstalling the Shopify app immediately cancels the recurring charge; access to paid features ends at the end of the current billing period.

RepEasy may offer a free tier with usage limits. We may modify these limits with reasonable notice. Free plans may be suspended for inactivity or terms violations.

You agree not to:

• Use RepEasy to send unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or deceptive messages, or to spam recipients.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service, its infrastructure, or its rate limits.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s workspace, data, or billing account.
• Use RepEasy in a way that violates Shopify’s Terms of Service, Google’s API terms, Unipile’s terms, or any other third-party terms that apply to your connected accounts.
• Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or misuse the AI-generated content in a way that misleads customers.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules; egregious violations can result in immediate termination without refund.

You retain ownership of the emails, Shopify data, brand voice, and other content you route through RepEasy. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to operate the service on your behalf and to generate AI drafts. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

RepEasy generates draft replies using large-language-model providers. AI output can contain mistakes, hallucinations, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing every draft before sending it. RepEasy does not guarantee that AI content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

RepEasy connects to Gmail, Shopify, and other services under your own credentials. Those services have their own terms and can change or restrict access at any time. We are not responsible for outages, billing, or data-handling by those third parties, though we’ll do our best to reflect changes in a timely manner.

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. For Shopify data specifically, we act as a data processor on behalf of the merchant (the data controller) and comply with the mandatory GDPR compliance webhooks Shopify requires (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact).

You may cancel any time by uninstalling the Shopify app, deleting connected inboxes, or emailing support. We may suspend or terminate access for terms violations, security concerns, or if we discontinue the service. On termination we’ll delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

RepEasy is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or that AI drafts will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepEasy’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to indemnify RepEasy and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
